SHIPPING & REFUNDS
We deliver only to addresses in mainland UK (England, Wales and Scotland).
Our delivery lead-time is 2-3 working days.
Our Couriers do not deliver to PO Box numbers.
We will not leave any product unsigned for.
Our Couriers will only deliver to the main consignee, or nominated alternative. This person(s) must be present to receive the product(s), as signature will be required for proof of receipt.
Please ensure you have photo ID ready to present to the courier.
Any failed deliveries will be returned to VodCorr Limited, and a redelivery charge will be incurred for a re-send.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so, in part or full, due to circumstances beyond our control.
If you would like to cancel or return your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
On cancellation, or return of products, we will make a refund to you of the full value of the payment made to us. Where you have part-paid for products using a promotional code, we will only re-credit the value of which you have actually paid.
Delivery charges will only be refunded in the instance of incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods.
All refunds will be made within 10 working days of a cancelled order, or receipt of returned goods.
If your order has already been dispatched, you have the right to refuse delivery and your order will be returned to us. If your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to return to us at the address listed at the foot of the website, with the charge being covered by yourselves
